Summer Stripes

Hi! I sewed up this top in the middle of a bunch of batch mask making, because I NEEDED something quick and fun and fresh to breathe from the overwhelm of woven rectangles ๐Ÿ˜›

But in true to me form, I didn’t photograph until today, and of course, this week it got COLD again! Like from 80 down to 30. Ok. I always do that! But this afternoon it got warm enough, and we grabbed a few ๐Ÿ™‚ Isn’t it so summery?

I picture this at an ice cream truck, or at the park on a warm day. These stripes are the most gorgeous colors.

This is the See Kate Sew Rosie top. I had to lengthen it this time, since she’s out of the size range, but I can’t quit it! It’s literal perfection. 6 pages to print for even the largest size. Three pattern pieces and so quick to sew. This is one of the top two patterns my daughter requests for me to make for her over and over. I think it’s time to buy the women’s size!

What do you think? Does it scream summer to you? Check out all the double brushed poly prints Raspberry Creek Fabrics is printing right now. It was so hard to choose! As always, the quality, printing, and customer service is top notch. Check them out if you haven’t, and if you have, I know you love them too!
