This is the newest pattern from Made for Mermaids, Quinn, and it took a trip to the zoo with us for pictures! I’m always taking pictures in a huge rush, because there are three other little children needing me, and so it’s hard to be creative with locations since I have to consider where my other kiddos will be… But the zoo was perfect! Though, honestly, the only reason I was ok with doing it here was because this top is black. No way would I have trusted an outfit to stay decent for a 20 minute car ride, otherwise. Haha! #kidsthesedays #momtogsthesedays
Quinn is a top, dress or maxi, with optional pockets #CUTE, options to do elastic or shirred back, optional a-line or gathered skirt, optional ruffles, double ruffles, or no ruffles. I didn’t think I would love the strappy ties at the shoulder, but I’m actually super happy about how this turned out, and I want to make several more! This is a woven pattern that’s easy, and the fit is perfect!
Black broadcloth(?) I’m pretty sure this is maybe like 65/35 poly/cotton. It came from that amazing box of fabric that was passed on to me 🙂
